문서 설명 (초록)
초록
The aim of the study was to investigate the prevalence of intestinal opportunisticbacteria in patients with acute diarrhea. In particular, 142 different types of bacteria
were identified by MALDI-TOF MS. The most common bacteria detected were
Escherichia coli(46.4%), followed by Enterococcus spp.(10.6%), and Staphylococcus
spp.(10.6%). The results showed that 30.7% were gram positive and 69.3% were gram
negative. Gram-negative isolates included Enterobacter spp., Klebsiella pneumoniae, and
Proteus spp., among others. Gram-positive isolates included Enterococcus spp. and
Staphylococcus spp. among others. Isolates exhibited resistance to mainly ampicillin,
oxacillin, nalidic acid, tetracycline, and erythromycin. E. coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae
showed a high level of resistance to ampicillin(66.2%) and nalidic acid(52.1%).
Staphylococcus spp. were resistant to ampicillin(93.3%) and oxacillin(80.0%). Enterococcus
spp. were resistant to only tetracycline(40.0%) and erythromycin(60.0%).
