문서 설명 (초록)
초록
Concentrations of 285 different pesticide residues were measured by multi-residuemethods on a GC-ECD/NPD and an HPLC-UVD/FLD, for 6,667 commercial agricultural
products collected from the Gangnam area of Seoul. Residues were detected in 21.7%
of the products, with 1.1% exceeding the maximum allowable residue limits(MRLs) for
Korea. Pesticide residues that detected were most frequently found in 4 vegetable types:
in 59.1% of perilla leaves; 55.7% of Chamnamul; 36.2% of chard; and 36.1% of celery.
The highest levels of violation were found in perilla leaf(10 cases), lettuce(9 cases),
spinach(9 cases) and chard(5 cases). Residual pesticides that exceeded their MRLs and
listed in order of frequency were diazinon, pyridalyl, chlorpyrifos, flufenoxuron,
diniconazole, procymidone, and flubendiamide. These results indicate that the residue
levels of pesticides in agricultural products collected from markets in the Gangnam area
of Seoul are low enough to be considered safe.
