문서 설명 (초록)

초록

With the development of the city, residents are realizing the importance of parks in
ensuring their physical and mental well-being. Considerable amounts of various
pesticides have been sprayed every year for pest management in the urban park. This
study was performed in order to assess the environmental safety of pesticides used in
the urban park. After Fenitrothion, Diflubenzuron and Clothianidin were sprayed, residual
components of the pesticides were analyzed using GC-MS and HPLC, for temporal
dependence. Fenitrothion showed high initial concentration on the leaves after the spray,
which rapidly decreased within 5 days. Residual concentrations of Clothianidin were
lower than the present pesticide MRLs for food in Korea after 0 day. Residual
concentrations of Diflubenzuron gradually decreased, with its concentration being higher
than the present pesticide MRLs for food in Korea, over 15 days after the application.
The decomposition rate of the pesticides on leaves, soil and sand in the park varied
considerably, depending on the active ingredient. City park visitors should avoid contact
with leaves and soil for some time after the application. However, residues of pesticides
on the sand in the playground were low, because of which it was determined safe for
the residents.
