문서 설명 (초록)
초록
Analysis of 201 fruits samples collected from Gangbuk in Seoul during the ninemonths from November 2014 to July 2015 was performed using the multi-residue
method recommended in the Korea Food Code. The main pesticides identified in fruits
were chlorfenapyr, chlorpyrifos, cyprodinil, endosulfan, fludioxonil, imazalil, iprodione,
and procymidone. Residues above the MRL were detected in 14.7% of the whole fruits;
and in particular, 46.2% of the lemons. However, when pulp and peel of whole fruits,
in which pesticide residues was detected, were analyzed separately, residues were
detected only in the pulp of kiwi fruits. A risk assessment of pesticide residues in
citrus fruits and tropical fruits was performed by comparing calculated estimated daily
intake(EDI) against acceptable daily intake(ADI). The EDI to ADI ratios ranged between
0.00007 and 0.06352%, indicating that the pesticides detected are not present at
concentrations that are harmful to human health.
